Injection System – CGI Protection

Injection system – CGI protection concentrate cleans outstandingly while optimizing the running performance. Improves start up behaviour and full load operation. Ensures even and quiet idling. Lubricates the entire fuel system and reduces wear.
Especially developed for direct injection engines, however also suitable for normal injection systems.

Octane booster increases the octane ratings in fuels with low octane ratings or for engines with increased octane rating consumption. Removes and prevents deposits on valves, combustion chambers and exhaust gas recirculation valve. Protects valve seats when using lead-free petrol. Improves start up behaviour and full load operation. Ensures even and quiet idling.

For fuels with low octane ratings or for engines with increased octane rating consumption. For protection of valves/valve seats with lead-free petrol, also if the valves/valve seats require leaded petrol. During malfunctions in idle, partial load and gas exchange through deposits on injectors, valves and in combustion chambers. Prevents damage from corrosion.

Octane booster FE

Octane booster FE increases octane ratings in fuels with low octane ratings or for engines with increased octane rating consumption.
Protects valve seats when using lead-free petrol. Improves start up behaviour and full load operation.

Valve Protection- lead free

Valve protectionlead-free protects from wear on valve seats and valves when replacing leaded petrol with unleaded.

Areas of application

To protect engines which are designed for leaded petrol and have no hardened valve seats. These engines can be operated with environmentally friendly, unleaded petrol after the addition of Valve Protection -unleaded.

Throttle valve cleaner (carburettor cleaner)

With poor start of the engine and rough idle. 

Properties

  • removes deposits on carburettor and throttle valves
  • keeping the engine clean improves the exhaust and soot values
  • cleaning without dismantling

Areas of application
For deposits on carburettors, throttle valves and in the intake and combustion systems. Brings about an optimum use of energy 
Cleans the throttle valve area without dismantling.

Application
Remove air intake hose or air filter from carburettor / injection unit. With slightly increased speed, spray with several short bursts evenly over all surfaces of the carburettor and rinse off dirt. When the engine is stopped, clean the underneath of the throttle valve as well.

Injection Cleaner

Injection Cleaner cleans outstandingly while optimizing running performance. Selected raw materials for cleaning valves and valve seats. Cleans injectors and carburettors and the entire combustion chamber.

Application

Fill active ingredient into a pressure vessel and mount on the fuel supply of the carburettor/injection system. Set pressure and start engine. Run engine at idle until the material is used up, increase speed occasionally ( approx. 1800 rpm).

Carburettor/Valve Cleaner

With poor compression, knocking and overrun of the engine. For security after each carburettor repair.

Diesel

Diesel System Protection

Diesel system protection contains selected active ingredient combinations. These dissolve and disperse deposits and residues, such as oil carbon and soot, optimize the engine performance and increase the operating safety. Ensures the lubrication effect of the injection pump with low-sulphur diesel fuel. Can be used in all diesel engines, even in new commonrail and injection pump engines.

Dissolves and disperses deposits and residues such as oil carbon and soot. Burns soot particles in DPF filters. Increases operating safety Can be used in all diesel engines, even in new common rail and injection pump engines.

Diesel Cetan+

Diesel Cetan+ is an additive for improving the combustion quality of diesel fuel.

Areas of application

Cetan+ is used for problems with diesel fuel having insufficient additives.
Cold start problems are lessened , smoke and cold start knocking are reduced in engines with high running performance.

Diesel Flow Improver

Combination of highly effective synthetic components for improvement of the flow properties and the filtering action of middle distillates such as diesel fuel and type EL heating oil at low temperatures. 

Areas of application

For avoiding malfunctions due to paraffin separation at low temperatures and with summer diesel. Ensures reliable cold start. Optimizes engine performance

Air Intake Cleaner Diesel

Air Intake Cleaner Diesel contains selected active ingredient combinations. These disperse deposits and residues, such as oil carbon and soot, in the intake systems of diesel engines. This reduces the load of the particulate filter (DPF) and exhaust gas recirculation valve (EGR) and improves the combustion and driving characteristics.
